Bariatric Auditorium Seating

The bariatric chair is available in four widths and replaces two standard-sized chairs at the end of a row to accommodate people who need a little extra room to enjoy the event in comfort.

Construction:

• Back’s inner panel is constructed from a 7-ply hardwood inner and 7-ply hardwood outer panel that is upholstered and attached with concealed fasteners
  
• Seat foundation is constructed from 7-ply” plywood, encased in foam and fully upholstered with a zippered cover
• Seat lift is accomplished with two extension springs
• Bariatric love seat meets a 600 lb. static load test

Interchangeability:

• Available on the No. 4 or No. 8 steel chair platforms
• Available with most aisle decorator panels

Options:

• Back is available with a tufted cover (No. 23) or without (No. 24)
• Available with regular or cupholder armrests
• Available with writing tablets on the No. 4 chair platform
