Madison Square Garden is one of the most famous and busiest multi-purpose arenas in the world! The Garden opened in 1968 and a two-year renovation in 2013-2014 included new seating and telescopic platforms from Irwin Seating Company. Fixed general seating is installed with just under 16,000 model No. 51.12.00.4 Marquee chairs and suites are installed with a custom Signature chair. To help accommodate the variety of events the arena holds from day to day, a variety of telescopic equipment was provided and this includes a hydraulic elephant door, infill decks, low rise platforms for use with folding chairs and nose-mount Marquee chairs on model 5000 platforms.
