Moody Center

The Moody Center opened in 2022 on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. This multi-purpose entertainment venue is home to the University's men's and Women's basketball teams. Of course, since this is Texas the arena is used for rodeo, and since it's Austin, the "live music capital of the world," it hosts a huge number of live concerts as well.

To accommodate the variety of events, Irwin Seating supplied VersaTract telescopic equipment that lets the arena staff change over the event floor safely and efficiently. In addition to the wall attached, portable and low-rise telescoping equipment we provided stair units, camera platforms, and modular decks that help to create great sightlines for the fans. Fixed seating includes Solara chairs in the upper bowl, Citation chairs for some of the club sections and Signature Rockers in the suites.
