Peace Center
Fixed Theatre Seating
The Peace Center opened in 1990 in beautiful downtown Greenville. The Center is currently comprised of three unique venues including the 2,000+ Concert Hall that is home to the Greenville Symphony Orchestra, Carolina Ballet and Broadway shows. When the hall first opened Irwin Seating was selected to provide the seating for this grand space.
Twenty-eight years, and thousands of performances later, the Peace Center needed a slight freshening. Looking to keep the same ambiance as the original seating provide, Marquee No. 52.21.66.8 was selected for the re-seat. These chairs feature a block front aisle panel with cantilevered mounting foot, custom shaped armrests, full wood panel on the seat bottom and new LED aisle lights. The seating is upholstered in a custom KM Fabrics velour. Wood components are finished with a custom stain match on Red Oak to match other woodwork in the hall.
