The Richard Rodgers Theatre was built in 1925 by Irwin Chanin and is currently owned and operated by the Nederlander Organization. The theatre was reseated in 2014 with 1,136 model No. 8.12.145.8 Meteor chairs. The seating is provided with scrolled armrests and concealed aisle lights. Chair is upholstered with Mallorca Beet fabric and finished with No. 22 classic rosewood on maple, 110 burgundy powder coat and black plastic.
