Built in the 1920s, it is noted for its intricate brickwork and lavish interior and has been coined the finest example of Art Deco construction in the State of Louisiana. The auditorium can accommodate 3,000 people. Irwin Seating has supplied this historic treasure with three models. The orchestra level is installed with 620 model No. 10.6.142.12 Grand Rapids chairs. The Dress Circle has 502 model 1.6.142.12 Crusader chairs and the balcony is installed with 859 model 1.15.142.12 Crusader chairs. The Red Oak components are finished with No. 17 India Teak. The fabric used is Absecon Mills Sherpa black.
