Unlike many theaters that opened in the late 20s, the Tivoli began as a movie house operational until 1999. In 2012 this mission-style gem was purchased, and restoration of the theatre began. The revival of the Tivoli included 291 new chairs from Irwin Seating Company.

To accentuate the historic nature of the theatre, a custom, non-upholstered Crusader back was constructed and installed along with cast aisle standards. To assist with creature comforts, our No. 12 seat was used, as were wood armrests with cupholder inserts.
