The University of Houston's Student Center houses a number of programs and services for their students. Included in this facility is the Student Government Senate Chamber with Solo swing-arm seating/table units and caster base chairs provided by Irwin Seating Company. The building also houses a 435 seat theatre used for guest lectures, events and exhibition of student-produced films.

The theatre seating features wood aisle panels and armrests in Red Oak finished in a custom stain to match other interior finishes. The seating is also provided with concealed aisle lights and upholstered in Momentum, Insight, Real Red fabric.
