This stunningly restored art deco masterpiece from 1937 showcases the finest acts in music and comedy. A historic landmark, the Uptown offers a phenomenal, intimate live show experience with world-class sound and site lines. Distance from the last row to the stage is only 98 feet making every seat truly a great seat! The theatre is installed with 860 model No. 83.6.XX.8 New Amsterdam chairs. Aisle end standards are original, restored and retrofitted to accommodate new backs and seats. Also provided were concealed LED aisle lights, scrolled wood aisle armrests and wood cupholder center arms. Some rows were provided with extended back heights to eliminate the need for railings. Backs and seats are upholstered in a customer's own velour, while wood components are stained with our No. 24 classic walnut on maple. Steel and cast iron ends are powder coated in veiled brown with the aisle standards decorated in two highlight colors.
