VersaTract offers a wide variety of attractive, comfortable and functional seating options for patrons. The system’s versatility extends to the understructure with critical components “scaled up” based on engineering factors like occupant load and the seat type specified. This is done for two important reasons; safety and ease of use.
VersaTract is a completely lubrication-free system and provides a number of other time-saving options like Smart Rails and VersaDeck to help make set up and storage quick and easy.
Irwin’s VersaTract system complies with ICC 300 – 2017 requirements for partial loading to ensure safety. The features outlined below allow us to back VersaTract with a ten year warranty while providing staff with reliable, consistent operation.
VersaTract Seating Options
VersaTract is available with a number of options for seating. Infinity bleacher seat modules provide the great comfort and best in class durability. Integra chairs are a great entry-level option for those looking to provide an upgrade over a traditional bleacher seat. Mixing Infinity Seat Modules and Integra Chairs will create a VIP area for some patrons. Prestige chairs are a pro-level solution for those looking to create a premium experience.
VersaTract Features
The lower Integral Alignment System (highlighted) interlocks the adjacent wheel channels for repeatable operation.
Nylon glides (highlighted) pads and rollers make VersaTract a completely lubrication-free system, reducing cost of ownership.
Post columns use a minimum 2” x 3” 14-gauge tube, welded 360º to the wheel channel. Posts may be supplied in 2” x 4” or 2” x 6” sizes when required by engineering calculations. Non-marring 5” x 1-3/8” wheels are used. Heavy-duty 10-gauge row locks secure each row in the open position.
Heavy-duty 10-gauge cantilever arm increases strength to the deck system to provide a stable walking surface. Cantilever arms rest on nylon pads to prevent metal-to-metal contact.
Deck supports include a unique dual purpose nylon roller that provide support and alignment during operation.
Sway bracing begins on row two using 1-1/2” 14-guage square tubing to provide stability and safety.
Our power operated telescopic systems use a heavy-duty Integral Drive System (IDS) that applies the operating forces directly to the first row of the understructure. The IDS System is available in 208/480V 3-phase or 120V single phase, U.L. Listed system.
