Irwin Seating Company’s manufactured products provided to our customers are considered an “Article”, (not a chemical), under the United States Department of Labor OSHA standard 1910.1200(c) of the Federal Hazardous Right-to-Know law, and are exempted from the requirements of supplying a MSDS sheet as described in Article 1910.1200(b)(6)(v).

Further, our manufactured products also meet the definition of an “Article” under the State of Michigan MIOSHA STD-1600, and are exempted from the requirements of a MSDS sheet in Article 1910.1200(b)(6)(v) of this standard.

Therefore, a Material Safety Data Sheet is not required for our seating products.

Additionally, chemicals are not used on site during the installation of the seating.
